I will share this with my mom who has a lot of joint pain in her hands. I enjoyed the energy dance before bed , I feel very relaxed now & ready for a good nights rest. 🙏

Hello, I have started the process of your teachings, which I enjoy immensely..Can you please tell me what would help my hands with my fingers locking up,very painful to unlock them..I think it is dupuytrens contractor or trigger finger.. I suffer from arthritis …?. Thank you 😊❤

While I can't give specific medical advice, locking fingers can be a symptom of either Dupuytren's contracture or trigger finger. Both conditions are best diagnosed by a licensed healthcare professional like a doctor or hand therapist. In the meantime, some general practices from Sundo that may provide some relief include: * Warm Soaks: Soaking your hands in warm water with Epsom salts can help reduce inflammation and ease discomfort. * Gentle Stretching: Once your hands are warm, perform some gentle stretches to improve flexibility in your fingers. * Self-Massage: Gently massaging the affected areas may help improve circulation and reduce tension. * Hand Qigong: Try some of the videos on my channel using hands. Remember, these are just general suggestions, and it's important to consult with a healthcare professional for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. I hope this helps! Когато почуствате че пръстите ви свикват с тяхното изпълнение да преминете към някое от по -трудните, като ги изпълнявате много бавно и само по един два пъти. В течение на деня опитвайте пак по един -два пъти. Когато се почуствате готови увеличете повторенията. Трябва да се осланяте единствено на вътрешния си усет. Пожелавам ви успех и добро здраве.
