Thanks for this one, Pete. I abuse my wrists constantly (keep it clean!). Look forward to putting your wisdom to use. X

Thanks Dave! As one of the hardest working men in showbusiness, you need to look after those wrists!

Yes it works! My wrist felt more "lubricated" after the elbow was being held by the other hand. I didn't even realize the tension prior to that. But why?

Glad it worked for you! I was really surprised at how effective it was when I first learnt it!

Feldenkreis ought to say that it would want from the person, but let's people know it aims to teach you and your brain/ body tensions to your whole body.

Tension is always a pattern involving the whole self. It may be felt more in one part of the body such as the wrist but improvements must always be holistic in terms of improving balance and reducing stiffness throughout the body.

I have developed the habit of locking my right knee. Right leg has become shorter and weaker. Had lumbar fusion 12 years ago.

Sorry to hear that. After surgery, it takes a lot of skill to get used to the changes in your body. Hopefully the ideas on these videos will help. All the best.

Hi Pete, thanks for all your videos, I’ve had a hip replacement and I’m fairly sure I have gluteal tedinopathy (think I spelt it wrong) I’d love your feedback I’m doing exercises and love gardening 🧑‍🌾 👍🏻

Thanks Claire. It can be a tough journey to recover from hip replacement. I'll definitely do some more videos about hips soon and will do some research into that specific tendonopathy to see if there's anything that is especially good for it. All the best.

@@MovementandPosture thanks for reply Pete and you’re right it’s a slower recovery than people think ... I’ve been doing resistance exercises that are helping and I’m improving more and more every week...still early days really 😎
