One coat of base and one coat of clear? Lol, I know you done all the steps. Turned out great 👍 what's your thoughts on clear coat over single stage paint? I'm painting a motorcycle and they want gold micro flake on top of gloss black single stage. I was just going to paint all black with the single stage paint then add the gold in clear and dust it on. Then do 3 coats of clear coat over it. I know about the plastic primer for flexibility and all but just wanted your opinion on how going about it. Thanks again 👍
Thank you, this truck had 2 coats of base coat and 2 coats of clear. If you use clear over single stage be sure to lay the clear in the appropriate time window or it will flake back off, ask me how I know 😆.
