I need this because I bleed through my clothes and have severe mood swings and extreme cramping and spotting and other things I'm hoping this will work for me I've in pain with my menstrual cycle it's a pain in neck and I bleed onto chairs as well it's really making me uncomfortable and uneasy to do anything at all

im sorry, maybe you should try cloth pads, if you use pads, they are made to clip and not stick, and they are so much better, the plastic stuff make the pain much worse and make your period last longer and more heavy. i hope i helped a little, you can buy them on amazon, stay safe❤

I'm off work cos of something else. Even though in some ways that's not good, one of the good things about it is it means I am not at work on the first day (today, well it started last night) or the second day (tomorrow) of my period. If I am well I will do some work Sat morning but 3rd day's usually not as bad. Second is usually the worst for me also. So we are lucky we are off on our second days!

This works guys!! I always get painful periods to the point where I couldn’t go to school or even work. I watched it and I was expecting my period to come on because it was about that time for it to. So when it came on I didn’t feel any pain like I usually do for the first day and those are my BAD DAYS. I only got very tiny tiny cramps which were very bearable. I kind of even got scared because I didn’t think it was normal for me to not have cramps. I’m new to subliminals so I didn’t understand what happened but I can see they work very well. Thank you!
