I’m doing this with my vanity and I’m worried about what you mention with the briarsmoke gel stain over the glaze.. do you think there’s another way to achieve this look?
So I’ve tried using a latex dark grey paint diluted with water. It also works. The glaze can also rub off with the latex paint. The main thing when adding the line to not soak your brush. After the glaze drys, you want to keep the brush mostly dry and very lightly feather the lines on. Then lightly wipe with dry cloth. You don’t want to over work the surface.
@@TanushasDIYHomeProjects how long did you let the java stain dry before applying briar smoke? Would waiting for java to be fully dry would that make it easier?
