Keep in mind when changing tires if the mechanics are trash they'll scratch the rims along the edges.

Here's a report of how the paint is holding up:
July 2019 - Looks new
March 2020 - After a harsh winter the edges of the rims where the mechanics chipped have chipped a little more, I will touch it up with paint and a clear coat to prevent further damage, other than that the rims still retained their deep shine.
November 2020 - Looks the same as march 2020, still shiny and clean, no scratches or chips.
March 2021 - Although there aren't any NEW scratches or chips, the chips that where created by the
mechanics when they put the tire on the rim have grown slightly, so make sure the mechanics don't chip the paint and you should be good. So it seems curbing your rims will probably ruin the paint because the paint will continue to chip off over time around the area you scratched.
December 2022 - Same deal as before, the paint is holding up but if there is a chip it will get bigger. Ensure there are no chips in the paint before you install your tires.
