Put them in rows on thick cardboard or wooden sticks so that you can hold several at a time - it really cuts down your time not having to pick up each model individually and saves on cramp.
Was the Goblin King Model you habe there custom or is that an alternate way to build it with the kit? I’ve never seen one that way but I’m new to the hobby!
I don't think so, to have a bath big enough that its practical it would have to have an insane amount of paint and I think that the details would definitely get obscured from how thick it would be. The most time consuming parts was all the details anyway which dipping wouldn't help with
