looks amazing! Thanks for suggesting some alternative paints when you go through. I watch so many tutorial videos and I'm always trying to work out what a similar paint might be, I don't want to keep buying the same one from different brands !
Defiantly going to use this tutorial for when my knights come in in the box set. Are you going to do the abominant? I like the GW scheme but dont know what to do.
In the codex there's lots of cool examples of paint schemes. I just picked a bronze/maroon color scheme - no idea if that's one of the house colors haha :)
I've been wondering what colour scheme I wanted to paint my knights, and this looks like the one for me! Is it a scheme for a specific house? Or more just a generic knights scheme?
@@WatchItPaintIt ok I'm still tempted to just blu tack mine to keep the possibility of repositionning it. (And i'm quite lazy so i don't want to magnet lol)
@@WatchItPaintIt I finally purchased a chaos knight box set and boy am I overwhelmed. Also lacking heavily on tools and material. You should make a basic painting tool and paint brush list video or something of the sorts!
@@WatchItPaintIt Your videos are really easy to digest for guys like me who are inept so figured I'd mention that suggestion. I am excited, but really afraid I'm going to mess it up lol. Probably will only attempt the war dogs for now and leave the knight for when I am a little better. I really just would like to bring them with my thousand sons army for the fun of it.
@@Fast85FoxGT Yeah start with the smaller ones for sure - and you can't mess it up - just get some paint on it, and it'll be great :) It's chaos - so if your paint job is a bit spotty in some places, add dirt and rust to cover those parts!
My hands don't go numb, but my back & neck get sore after a few hours. Maybe your chair is in a bad position? One of my favorite painters does a video talking about posture. (It's like 3 min in) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-qW0fpSkgwLA.htmlsi=sxnrLMuwsXVPcC_c
I've heard it pronounced both ways, so I never knew if I was saying it correctly! The word is misspelled in the books and the paint pots - it should be spelled Abbadon not Abaddon.
