Yeah I really don't recommend shopping based purely on variety and AOC like this. It is better to learn about who the good producers in each region are and start from there. Big stores like this may have some serious duds in there meant to catch AOC nerds. "Wow a Chinon for 17$???". Regions don't make wine, people do.

3:08 As if minerality and salinity would have much to do with being close to the coast. This food and wine pairing is getting to be similar to astrology readings if not simply to sales tactics. I am so glad I never fell for these courses such as 4:44. My course was trying a lot of wine which I can recommend up to a certain limit, but sadly, I think those times are gone since drinking a lot healthily takes _a lot_ of time, and there isn't a lot left. I imagine that all these masked workers at this store are jabbed, their bodies emit "the protein", and for that reason alone it would feel awkward to buy wine there. In fact, these days I don't buy hardly any wine anymore. I would be lucky to empty my cellar before TSHTF.
