Karachi is the biggest city in Pakistan and is known for it's amazing food among other things. We were recommend to try out their Halwa Puri therefore we decided to head to boat basin where we had the most amazing breakfast. The Halwa Puri in Karachi should be on everyone's bucket list.

This is tea, we call it dodh Patti... Made with milk, sugar, teal leaves and cardamom. Sometimes with cardamom along with cinnamon, cloves and ginger and we call it masalha chaii. Sometimes we mkae it in water and add milk after and sometimes direct with milk.

The 'skin' on the tea is clotted cream from condensing the tea and milk on the stove, when it cools down it forms this layer, like if you was to boil milk and let it cool down it forms this clotted cream layer. Pakistani's call it malai.

Because of the milk in the tea that thin layer of skin is formed same as when hot custard is served as it cools down you get a thick layer of skin because there is more milk in it.Anyway loving the videos keep up the great work
