Hinduism was majorly practiced in Mohenjo-Daro as well as Sindh which seems clear from the temple rituals and ritualistic bathing is done in the great bath. This is the reason major Hindu temples are characterized by a bathing pond close to them. The great bath in Mohenjo-Daro is thus a proof of the fact.

Sanatan is not the name of Dharma, it is an adjective for Dharma. The true name of the Indus valley civilization is "Sindhu Saraswati Civilization". And Sanatan dharma allows multiple schools of thought like nature worship and gods/goddesses worship and others. So Hindus are also nature worshippers. For example Bhoomi, Agni, Vayu, Varun, Surya, Other planets and stars, rivers and mountains, trees and plants, the universe, etc. "Indus Valley peoples were not followed Hinduism."
