It's really easy with Ukraine unlike with the Israel. Ukraine has never invaded any countries, never been agressive. There's a signed agreement between Ukraine and Russia about the borders dating 2003. Russia broke the agreement back in 2014 by annexing the Crimea in a military way and starting the hybrid war in Donetsk and Lugansk oblasts. Russia has destroyed a big part of these oblasts trying to conquer them - lots of places are just ruins. Also, Russians killed a lot of civilians in the big city of Mariupol by just sending aviation bombs. More than half of the people of Mariupol fleed and the city is almost empty since then.
