PALIA 0.177 UPDATE: Over 250 BUG Fixes AND MAJOR MINING CHANGES!? 

As someone new who just got down the old method, and was so scared to mess up, it's gonna be weird switching over. It's great overall but I'm gonna feel a bit guilty for a while just from the act of mining it all at once.

Ngl i never waited for anyone anyways I prefer not to wait for anyone as my first few interactions with other players weren’t nice at all.

I only recently realized this was a thing was just busting em up without calling folks…but man the amount of eff this I have started to feeeeel! Glad it got fixed lol

@@CashmereCrowbuy flares, flare before mining, then mine, call it out, the flare has the same lifespan as an already mined node, everybody who is in time there has a good chance. So you dont have to feel gulty.

@@RageAsylum187you cant report successfull people because they mine for there own or dont call out things. Before the patch i just called out big Pal nodes, i hate it if someone called a small pal node out and wasted my time for 1 Pal, because it would make more sense to mine through all nodes in the same time and force respawn to create more Pal. That why this Update is so good you can now just keep mining, just flare and call out people who sea the flare are there in time, flare and a already mined node have the same lifespan. But waiting for hours was never a good option, because forcing new nodes to spawn was ever the best way to get more Pal.

I was hoping so too. But one of my side quests in the temple is still bugged for me. Others have got theirs completed so that’s good to hear. But I guess I’m on another waiting cycle for another patch

@@bakedpotato1717 the 7 gifts for zeki - one of them isn’t where it’s supposed to be - for me.

I checked last night and I was able to complete it. After toggling the quest back on, I went to the temple & zeki, Eloise & Caleri were all on the main island. After talking to Zeki he activated the island gust thingy & I was able to get to the final part, find the missing compartment to unlock the door & solve the puzzle. Hope this helps all of you.

That's what I was wondering too! We just get bland grass and no pretty flowers :( buttttt it does make forageables stand out more so that's nice :)

It's to do with performance I believe. I play on switch also and was amazed when I started watching these vids

I’m having the same issue so I emailed and they are aware of the issue. It’s because our character was at the maji market before the update

@@MrSkyboy oh yeah I was at the maji market too! Running round trying to buy stuff in time lol. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and got it working now :)

@@TheGreekGoddess369 it usually only happens if I've been playing awhile. If i completely shut down n reload it fixes itself most of the time. But it breaks the immersion a bit since the game is slow to load in somtimes

Agree..fishing harder...climbing bugged..the new mining mechanic stinks...it feels like the game is trending towards solo play. Other than flow trees, there's no real advantage to party play. All to appease a few palium whiners.

Actually, I think you can get away without actually killing animals. If you chop the tree the wolf comes out of and someone else shoots it, you can loot it. And with the deer, as long as you shoot an arrow near it (like hit the ground at its feet), I think that counts as you participating in “hunting” the animal and you can receive the loot (as long as someone else finishes the task). And there are plenty of recipes that don’t have meat.

I was streaming and I couldn't type out an appropriate response. When I make my videos, I do amplify my personality to create a more hyped version of myself and with that, I do exaggerate my thoughts on certain things. For the microtransaction in Palia, I am not against the prices of the bundles. I am against the fact that there are not many lower tiered prices for people that would prefer cheaper options. Yes, we got one 850 in this one. But that was one, out of many. I can afford the higher tier, many cannot. I discuss this frequently in my discord and in my stream that adding lower tier bundles that range from 500-850 that would include just hats or facial cosmetics, even hairstyles. On top of that, I feel that adding an IRL merch store that focuses strictly on plushies would also be very beneficial for Singularity 6. Yes, the game is 100% free and the cosmetics do not play a major role in the game and I am very thankful for that. But once again, if there are higher tier cosmetics, there should also be lower tier bundles. Many choose a free game due to the game, like you said, being free. To create a free game does require a lot of money and the game does in fact need funding. The devs stay hard at work and I respect that. Main reason why I create Palia content. I hope that this explains my overall thoughts in a less "content creator being loud" fashion.

@@PerzivalGGyea i aggree would be cool if there would be a higher diversity but after all they dont have a rotation or anything like that so i am looking forward to allot more sets in the future and i fully aggree a merch Shop would be mega dope, a Hot Pot Card Game for your fellow palian RL friends, plushies, maybe a cooking boock and so much more where they can make a coin from.
