This is the last version of The Galop (Can-Can) from Lemmings that wasn't available online, until now! It comes from an unofficial Palm OS port of the game from 2001, developed by Aaron Ardiri & Chip Kerchner (no affiliation with Psygnosis). I have to say for how limited the Palm's sound hardware is, it doesn't sound bad. Unfortunately, this is the only song in this version of the game.
