They REALLY need to make Old Snake one of Snake's alternate costumes. Hell, I'd be happy if he and Venom Snake became shadow fighters. Then again... we're still waiting on Raiden.

We began to use atomic energy not as a weapon, but as a nearly limitless source of power. People enjoyed luxuries once thought the realm of science fiction. Domestic robots, fusion-powered cars, portable computers. But then, in the 21st century, people awoke from the American dream. Years of consumption lead to shortages of every major resource. The entire world unraveled. Peace became a distant memory. It is now the year 2077. We stand on the brink of total war, and I am afraid. The door closes before vault boy can enter. Vault boy gets disintegrated from the nuke.

Hades is a god who enforces order (in a good way) by making sure that souls are in the underworld. He's not evil, but the Greeks didn't really like him. The devil is more of someone with a god complex, and is notable as a prince of lies who uses temptation. Also, while Hades is the king of the underworld, the underworld is more of a prison for the devil
