I've flown Emirates and the staff are so much better and the flights half the price to Australia. BA were always OK if you could afford Concorde or travel first class, but otherwise indifferent and pricey. Mind you, Mona/ Moaner could have done very well on British Rail where I was once screamed at by a ticket collector for forgetting to give him my ticket and told to eff off when I told him to get a bettet attitude.
Or we're cheap because we're crap. It says Paris on the ticket, but you'll land at a tiny airport with no facilities 50 miles from Paris and pay 100 euros for a taxi to get to Paris, assuming one is avallable.,

I'm Easyjet crew and she makes me laugh to death....so funny. By the way I few lots of times BA but I don't find them so rude....I don't know why is so common in England to say that BA crews are rude....funny anyways...
British Airways used to be called Bloody Awful due to its poor catering, strikes, indifferent staff and delays. Mind you, British Rail was ten times worse, I don't think the staff wanted passengers to even look at them.
