I recommend grilling the salmon skins until they’re crispy and then using them as a garnish.

You can do but make sure to dry it thoroughly with kitchen towel or leave overnight in the fridge.

Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper, fry in a pan with evoo and butter, browning on each side, boil linguini (preferably) in a a pot

Even for a flaked salmon dish I think she did the salmon backwards; I like non skin side down first to get a nice crisp sear; then finish on skin side. Skin peels off easily that way.

At 5:00 of the video, I heard her say, "I'm just going to get my tongue out" when what she meant was get her tongs out. Some regional British accent are hilarious or simply annoying which is I suspect why she got so many thumbs-down.

First time I've seen an earlier video of Kitchen Sanctuary and I must say I liked it very much. Not as stylized as the more recent productions which to me, are a bit cheesy. Sorry!
