I saw lots of beautiful sea life and sea plants (algae) while snorkeling in Panama City Beach Florida at the St. Andrews State Park jetty in Panama City Beach Florida. Due to the rich sea life and sea plants (algae) that surround the St. Andrews State Park jetty, the seascape is always changing and each snorkel is uniquely different.
