All three are a genius in the kitchen, Charles however has the touch. It is true that us Panamanians can’t live without sofrito and cilantro 🌿 at least 🙋🏽‍♀️🇵🇦 I must have it even if I don’t live in 🇵🇦 . So well done this video

@Ligia Ferrera just because theyre fair skinned does not mean they arent indigenous/ other. I’m panamanian too and I have pale skin, blue eyes, and straight brown hair. Don’t judge a person’s culture and authenticity by their appearance when our ancestors were highly diverse.

Always somebody that's gotta label people and then ask for respect back lol.... that IS Panamanian food, it's Panamanian Gourmet and what's wrong?? Other countries show off their ritzy national chef's food.. Always gotta be somebody that gonna whine .. que ahuevazon... .. No wonder things are the way the are in some parts of the world.
