Panasonic 5-blade wet/dry shaver review

I've own the Panasonic Arc3 ES-LT41 since 2015 and just got my Arc5 ES-LV95-S. Wow, I was SUPER impressed with the 5 blades and how close it shaved when compared to the Arc3 ES-LT41

Not bought an electric shaver in years but holy heck is that thing massive! Looks great for a super fast comfortable shave over most of the face but doubt you could shave your ears or nose hairs with something so enormous, guess it's still good to keep a small razor on standby.

i use it with shave cream and HOLY COW .. it shaves pretty much as close as a razor

I give this Panasonic ES-LV67 6 stars. I've always maintained my closest shave is in the shower with a Harry's blade and some shave creme. I have a 12 year old Braun 7505 that has done an incredible job over the years but I just couldn't "pony" up their price for a new Braun 9000 series. I am so glad I chose the Panasonic razor instead. It performs well and is easy to clean too. I also like the side burn trimmer as it feels solid and even though the shaver is mostly plastic, it fits my hand well and the shave head is angled for nice ergonomics. Lastly, I didn't need the ES-LV97'. It's cleaning base station is unimportant to me and more costly.

I may consider buying a shaver like this one electric shavers are less rough on sensitive skin

Please oil the foil as expressed in the manual. The foil is 0.3mm thick and it will wear out quickly otherwise. As opposed to 7y of use in my previous Pansonic foil shaver, oiled from time to time

I wanted to see how you clean it with water. I have to do this for hubby and I'm not used to electric razors.

How can you call that “smooth close shave”? I can see you still have small hairs left after you shaved with it. Can anyone recommend an electric shaver that shaved suuper close and clean to get a result as if it was razer shaved?

Used it in the shower for the first time today. It's just as good as a razor shave, I'm happy with the result. The trimmer pops out sideways rather than upwards to make it easy to trim my eyebrows and remove the few strands of hair off my ears. I found the size and design made this ES easy to shave with. I highly recommend it.

Looks like the shaver has had trouble cutting all of your hairs. I want led to buy this but was told the Braun 9 series would be better for people with stunning flat/multi direction hairs.

This is a great shaver , but you cant shave while plugged in, as I found out with half my face done. This is because some moron will go into a shower , but thats OK , Darwin dialled in for that eventuality.
