You no mount in stud and you no use anchors, and you no use torque wrench on those flare fittings.

How to remove font panel you didn't show that part. And it is tricky.

Is this the MFZ-KJ? I wanted to install one in my basement, but the operation manual makes no reference of condensate. Is a condensate pump built in or do you need to supply?
