In this video, I will show you how to cook kefir buns in a pan without yeast. According to this recipe, buns in a pan are lush and airy. I usually cook such homemade donuts for tea.
Ingredients:
300 milliliters of kefir
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/3 teaspoon salt
200 grams of wheat flour
vegetable oil (for frying)
