I JUST did this, forgot the vanilla extract 😆, forgot the salt😆, family is still tearing it up 😂. We didn't have any hotcakes. We do now. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR THIS.
I made this for my uncle and he it turned into like those crepes which chocolate in it my mom wants them so she's going to make some thank you for letting my mom love your pancakes
¾ cup of milk 1 large egg 1/3 cup of sugar. 1 cup all purpose flour 1 or 2 pinchis of salt 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla extract Recommended baking at 6-8 or medium heat (If it's liquidity then add a little more flour and don't mix too much)
i decided to make my brother pancakes when my parents left the house for 4 hours, it was so worth it! i even added some blue food coloring to make the pancake blue as my brother requested me, thanks for the easy recipe!

These and the flat crepe pancakes are how my mum has always made pancakes since I was a baby. And this is how I learnt to make pancakes and still make them today. Beautiful video great pancakes and the correct way to cook

I also know a more simple recipe add 1 egg 2spoon sugar little milk not to much not to little 2spoon flour until its thick if it isnt thick then add another spoon then add oil then no butter only a pan and a Stove put the pan on it then put on medium a small fire then pour the batter you made on the pan then wait until it bubbles then flip it then press it on the pan then your done congrats🎉
