i used blue berries which was super delicious but kinda messy, the blue berries are full of juice which will boil inside the fruit and cause them to burst while the dough is cooking in the pan and it made the fritelle look not as good as seen in the video of course. they tasted great but yeah... would not recommend it wholeheartedly :P i also made some with strawberries (which were cut into small pieces) and a few with raisins both of which turned out great, thanks for the recipe.
I don't know how I failed to notice this before, but are the colors of your eyes slightly different by any chance? Maybe it's the lighting but your right eye seems almost a greenish-brown in this video.
