Have to say, it is a pleasure watching your recipes. Being italian myself it is so hard to find genuine italian recipes on you tube. I always get hungry, even though i just finished eating!!! Oh and we just made your ham, eggs and caramelized leeks muffin, meravigliosi!!!! Ciao

I made this recipe today and it is simply amazing!! I added a bit of cinnamon to dough and since I did not have mascarpone at home, we ate with vanilla ice cream. Delicious!

Can I just say YUM! Where I lived in Pennsylvania, we have Fasnacht Day - Fasnachts are like jelly doughnuts without the filling. Where I grew up it was Shrove Tuesday - and my Grandpa made the BEST blueberry pancakes - still a family favorite!

Tried the Bacio ones! They were definetly good but, an advice to who wants to try them, do not put too much hazelnuts in the batter as i did, or they will be more difficult to cook through :P
