Pancakes are the most commonly made sweet in most of our homes and everyone has their own recipe with more or less water, milk, eggs. Those who make them often (I'm one of those people) don't have precise measurements, but put in the ingredients exactly, so I tried to measure them in order to help beginners. And there are also the main tricks to keep them soft and not dry.
RECIPE
- 3 eggs
-2-3 spoons of sugar
-pinch of salt
-1 cup of milk (about 300ml)
-1 cup of flour
- a little more than half a cup of hot water
-3 spoons of oil
Beat eggs and sugar, then add salt, milk, and gradually flour. When it is well mixed, add hot water and whisk so that there are no lumps. At the end, add oil and mix.
Lubricate a well-heated pan with oil and bake the pancakes at a high temperature.
*In order for them to be perfectly soft, the main tricks are for the food to be at room temperature (milk, eggs) and the water to be hot.
*If you want them to be really thin, feel free to add half a glass of water.
*For thicker more flour.
*And for more pancakes, a double measure (which is always with us:)
Fill with whatever you want, chocolate cream, nougat, jam, ground biscuits, bananas, strawberries, whipped cream...
because when it's tastiest it's Mmm BRE!
