Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4-5
For the tomato paste
Ingredients:
• Oil 1 tbsp
• Jeera (cumin seeds) 1 tsp
• Cinnamon stick 1 inch
• Bay leaf - 1
• Green cardamom -2
• Kashmiri dry red chilly -2-3
• Tomatoes 2 -3medium sized( diced)
• Cashew nuts 5-6
• Salt to taste
• Water 3-4 tbsp
For the gravy
Ingredients:
• Oil -1 tsp
• Butter -2tbsp
• Hing (asafetida) -1 -2 pinch
• Tomato paste
• Red chili powder- 1 tsp
• Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
• Sugar -1 tsp
• Paneer -250 gm (cubes)
• Salt to taste
• Fresh cream -1/4 cup
• Garam masala -1 tbsp
• Kasuri methi- 1/4 tsp
• Fresh coriander leaves 1 tbsp
