This is an excellent recipe. I tried it tonight (im 18) as a surprise for my mum and sister. Eventually after dicing the vegetables, everyone joined in. My mom made the rotis, sister made the sause and i made the fried paneer. It turned out AMAZING. we planned to watch a movie while eating but eventually agreed to sit in the dining room and enjoy every bit wholeheartedly because it was so good. No need to add water to marinate the paneer. It can be perfectly coated with only corn flour, maida etc.
