Equal opportunity is the starting point to amassing wealth, and I'd be interested in knowing where the source of your statement that many don't have high school diplomas came from. Black women are the most educated group in America, yet the least paid. Race based oppression is real. Yes, blacks have a lot of oppression-induced self-destructive behaviors to overcome, but we didn't induce these behaviors on our own and we can't fix them on on our own.
