It’s a JOB, isn’t it?! I have been purging expired stuff too. A little suggestion, if you cover those boxes you are setting downstairs with a couple of sheets of inexpensive tissue paper you may not have to wash the items in those boxes when you bring them back upstairs. I cover things with tissue when storing them just to save myself work when I want to use something it’s clean and ready to go 🙂

I’m really looking forward to watching the renovation project. I always just wanted to tell you how much I love the “mule chest” you have in your dining room. Every time I see it in a video I always just say to myself how much I love it. I had actually never heard of that type of antique furniture piece until you talked about it in a previous video. I keep my eyes peeled looking for a similar piece. I live in the Pacific Northwest and they are just harder to find I think, but I will stay on the hunt. I am happy you are back from vacation! I hope you had a great time. Those donuts look so good! Yum! I need to find a donut pan. I have a pantry that I need to clean out, too. I cannot put out pumpkins on our porch because we have black bears and racoons and I have learned my lesson. If I purchase any, they will be in the kitchen. Yes, I would purchase a couple of your food items from the store and maybe more. Have a great week!

I also cut my steel wool pads in half. BUT......... to save even more.... after using, put them in a sandwich bag, seal with a twist-tie and place in the freezer. It won't rust, will last last indefinitely and when you need to use it again just hold under water a few seconds.

Fall is my favorite time of year. I am heading out today for mums and pumpkins. We also vacationed in Maine (Bar Harbor), and I loved the cooler temperatures. Fortunately when we got home we only had a few warm days and then the wonderful fall weather came to Ohio too! I really like your plans for the butler’s pantry and kitchen and I wish you a lot of patience and peace as you prepare for a kitchen remodel in December! 😳

Teabags make great dehumidifiers for trainers. Drop a drop of essential oil on the teabag. Stuff into shoes.

Love, love love your choices. Enjoyed this video immensely. I haven’t been in a house decorated in this style. It is calming and inviting without being too busy. My favorite treat is apple slices sliced horizontally and apple seeds removed and dipped in cinnamon sugar. I eat this in lieu on snacking on donuts. I throughly enjoyed watching you bake your donuts. We have serious health issues. At one time baking was a pleasure for me. You were fun to watch. Yummy.

Every time I watch your videos I feel the strong urge to move to New England. History buff, hubby is a native, into colonial charm etc. We have been in the South for decades and appreciate so much of what is here, but, time for a change. Let me know when your neighbors are selling! : ) Sugarwood is like a little princess getting dressed for the ball.

Linda the view you showed with the Butterfly Bush is a picture waiting to be painted! I’m an oil painter and it really caught my eye. As far as what I would like in your online store, how about all you showed😉. My favorite would be the candles and tea towels. Thanks for another fun time with you.

Just an idea - I have found that benches built beneath windows look lovely but are often uncomfortable. If the window casing is right above the bench cushion (common) one has to lean against glass (nerve wracking) or sideways. The benches are also often too shallow and with a 90 degree angle to the wall - neither comfortable. I much prefer cozy arm chairs on either side of the fireplace in front of the windows- better use of the space and more flexible for reading alone or entertaining
