AFV모형은 기본 도색 후 드라이브러슁(하일라이팅)이나 모형의 윤곽을 드러내는 작업인 핀워싱 같은 기초적인 작업만 해주더라도 제법 근사해 보이는 모형을 완성할 수 있습니다. 기본 도색 이후의 작업 순서는 사용하는 도료나 재료의 성질에 따라서 달라질 수 있습니다. 3. 제 경우 무광택 도료로 완성하는 AVF모형에는 마무리로 무광 마감은 하지 않습니다.

I use glossy varnish for panel line washes and decals on airplane models, but I don't use gloss varnish for military vehicle models. It may get dirty because the surface is not smooth, but washing a thin layer of enamel or oil paint can add a matte and rugged surface feeling. Thank you for watching.

Yes, I usually use water to thin Tamiya acrylic paint.

The way to thin Tamiya acrylic paint with water is to mix 30% of the water with the paint. Before you paint, wipe the surface with a Wet Wipe and then apply acrylic paint to a thin layer on surfaces and repeat 3-5 coats when it dries. Don't try to paint it all at once. The drying speed of Tamiya acrylic paints is pretty fast than other acrylic paints. We can speed up the drying time by using a hair drier. Flat brushes are great for wide strokes and suitable for a thin coating. I use is the synthetic flat brush(11.5mm, 10mm, 7mm, 5mm). An 11.5mm flat brush is used for applying varnish. I'm no expert but I believe the Hull Red is for priming the model first with a darker color and the Desert Yellow + Dark Yellow to make the color blend in and to make it a little darker.

@@NoOneAlive_ The red color is actually what germany primed many of their tanks with, so it would be more accurate to see the shades it would create in recesses if it were to show through at all. Was a really nice touch.

I usually use a small amount of tap water to dilute acrylic paint.

@@Chilhada Wow! I did not think that Tamiya paints (they are alcohol-based) can be well diluted with ordinary water. Thanks for the answer! The tank turned out very good!

어떤 종류의 도료를 사용하시는지 모르지만 최종색이 저먼그레이인가요? 저먼그레이의 경우는 불투명도가 좋기 때문에 여러번 색을 올리지 않아도 밑색이 잘 가려집니다. 좋은 결과가 있기를 바랍니다.
