I'm 74 and I've seen alot of talented performers since the 60's and Paolo Nutini is right up there at the top of the list with artists such as Joplin, Morrison, etc.!!

I agree Bob. I think his ability to move from a ballad to rock n roll is amazing. I"m frrom the 70's and believe he is the best "new" music I've heard in a very long time. I just wish he had performed in a seated venue when in LA but I get it. .....

Am I the only one watching this thinking the mix is a bit rancid? The whole thing sounds so dry - you'd expect a better job from Rolling Stone. Paolo's set at TRNSMT festival (it's up on RU-vid btw) sounded HUGE. Triple J's like a versions sound amazing from a studio set-up, but it says a lot about how crazy good a vocalist he is that even Paolo made that dry output sound as good as he did. Wild.
