I remember where I was when I discovered Paolo. I'd just moved to London and was watching Jools Holland New Years Eve Party. I was stunned by this song, his voice, his raw emotion. Time stopped for me. Everyone else around me became a blur and I was just stuck to the TV screen. I didn't want it to end.

Paolo where you at bro? I can understand you went into hiding after Caustic Love and realize you delivered the perfect record. Hard to top that. ;) but seriously come back!

I love this man. Since I saw him right here in Cleveland OH when he was 19 in 2007. Since no one seemed to have heard of him, I was front and center, below his feet. Heard him on a credible morning show while I was getting ready for work. I stopped and had to see what I was hearing, because it caught me as so catchy and clever. He and his s band back then were incredible. I knew he would become famous, Americans really didn't get him. Now he sells out first day in the States, and I can't tickets! Anybody else caught him here in 2007?

I always can find Later sets can fall a bit flat since you're effectively playing to a big empty room with a handful of people. But Paolo, Paolo makes it seem like he's singing this song directly to you as if it was meant for you. Truly powerful stuff!
