I was standing outside my local on a warm summer evening shortly before the pandemic altered our existence(2019???).There was a gentleman standing talking to a mate who had a lovely Glaswegian accent (this was in Toronto).We struck up a conversation. He introduced himself as Paolo from Glasgow. I loved what l knew about Paolo Nuttini but had no idea what he looked like.l mentioned that one myfavorite artists was Paolo Nuttini. He said '" Steve it's me".We hung out for the entire evening

The most underrated musician of todays generation . Paolo is the one of the best vocalist in the history of music.

doesn't sing with just his voice. he sings with his whole body and soul.

Hearing people chant along with Charlie Chaplin is incredible and just so powerful to hear people singing those words all as one

hard to beleeve that such a young artist wrote such an incredible deep and ruminant song. its a masterpiece and does´nt fit to the mainstream category. spot on with the troubbles of todays life.

First time I heard this song I listened to it for a hour or so. I couldn't get over the power in the lyrics and the way Paolo performs it. Important song if only more people listened and got the lyrics. Genius work.

I reckon this would make a good Bond song.

How is it possible that being this song the most powerful, talented, enormous, great that I have heard in my life, I did not know about it until today, being from 2014? It is incredible that I had to discover it after having listened to someone sing it on The Voice, how is this possible? This man should be WAY more popular than he is in the US. Unfortunately my fellow Americans don't consider PURE Talent when buying music. Paolo Nutini might be my alltime fave artist from the UK. He is pure gold. Unmatched performer.

I read or heard somewhere that he wrote this song when he was very young like 18 or 19. Well to write such a deep meaningful song at that age is, well, amazing. Truly a way underestimated artist, probably 1 of the best, if not the best out there. BRILLIANT

This song literally gives me a wave of a chill throughout my mind and the rest of my body, every time I hear it. A voice, song, talent like Paolo, Little Fish, emotionally and physically moves me in a way no other artist has. I first saw him in S.F. California during These Streets US Tour.
