PAPER JAM in HP Deskjet 3835

Firstly turn off and unplug your printer. Then move the cartridge manually,check for any obstacle,reinstall the cartridge and restart the printer.If still problem persist then you need to check the power supply of the motor which moves the cartridge with the help of timing belt. If your product is in warranty then call the customer service.

Ha wire cut gya hoga ya fir motor m problem a gya hoga.

@@studentsssworld2165 screw driver se khul jyega. philip head/star head wale screw driver se nut easily khul jyega.

Motor repair krne .e kitna expanses aayga

Agar koi paper jam nhi h to fir carriage wale line m koi problem hoga. Sabse pehle printer ko ON krna or cartridges jaha lgate h us door ko kholna. Door kholne se cartridge left right move krk middle m ayega. Agr nhi ata h to carriage wale kuchh aa gya hoga usko check krk hatana hoga. Cartridge hath se age piche krne k liy sabse pehle piche se power cord ko nikal dena Bina printer ko band kiye. Fir main power se cord ko hata dena. Usk bad hath cartridge ko left right krk dekhna asani se move hona chahiye. Agr nhi hoga to fir under check krna pdega ki carriage k roller m kuchh fasa to nhi h. Agr kuchh fasa hoga to usko hatane problem solve ho jyega.

Same paper jam ka problem ho raha hai sab dekh liye phir bhi or paper bhi baher theak se nahi. Aata kya kar sakta hun idea bataiyega

Apne achi trh se check kr liya h to ki kahi paper input output wale jagah pe koi object nhi h.agr kr liya h to fir apko isko khol k isk motor wale section m power check krna pdega.
