@@lukapuka8320 No, I mean 0:07. 007 is James Bond’s code-number, a character who frequently wears a tux. That’s why Mario in a tux at 0:07 is apt. 0:15 makes no sense, especially as Mario isn’t even wearing a tux at 0:15. Couldn’t tell you why someone in this comment section decided to copy my comment but by changing the timecode they’ve completely ruined the joke.
That's because it was just Mario Story in Japan, a plain ol' RPG. It wasn't until it was localized in North America that NOA decided to emphasize the paper aesthetic
@@ThatFanBoyGuy that's kinda clear with the usa advertisments where mario characters were made of paper instead of the 3D renders they used in other regions
According to what i saw, the translation to what Mario said in the first commercial was: "I began to play golf, to have a party everyday, also, to play tennis...... but i feel i have forgotten to do something........ YES!! RPG!!!!"
@@admiralAlfonso9001True, but I think they were just stating the fact that SMRPG predates the Paper Mario series. In fact Paper Mario 64 originally started out as a sequel to SMRPG before becoming it's own thing
