I threw this funny ROM hack together quickly for April Fool's Day. I might make more PM64 mods if I get any good ideas. Repo used: (github.com/nan...)

modding for both of those is pretty limited at this moment, but a few years might pass by and sticker star modding pretty much exists

For being a joke this is a nice idea! It's like I imagined a better sticker star system could be. With EXP and strategy moves combined with stickers.

I am of the opinion that the sticker mechanic would've worked out in Sticker Star if the game design positively supported the sticker mechanic instead of working against it. Instead, the game actively rewards you for running away from all optional battles.

@@rovertronic Yeah that's what I thought, so adding EXP and more actions besides stickers would've supported it. The normal battles feel more like punishments, because they don't bring you anything except some coins and exclusive stickers on some enemies.
