Paper Mario the Thousand Year Door Remake LOTTERY WIN | Paper Mario TTYD Remake Remake Switch Reaction Walkthrough Gameplay garoshadowscale #papermariothethousandyeardoor #papermario #garoshadowscale
To not get caught win the 1st place prize and when he gives it to you and says he’ll give you a new one go to the calendar in the console system setting and change it back to normal. The new lotto ticket resets lucky’s timer and he won’t notice you cheated since he checks the clock after you get the new ticket
This is definitely how it worked in the original game, and may still somewhat work that way as a hard pity, but speaking as someone who has gotten third prize a few times now at least, I'm fairly sure it has more RNG to it now too instead of being hard set.
I'm still reasonably confident that holding this "lottery" at all is a violation of Shiny Law... I think I should send a detachment of Pawsie Paladins to go "interrogate" the spicy cookie...!😈
The numbers actually are randomized now, you can even test it by reading the board, seeing the results, then use the "return to title screen" option in the settings menu & just repeat the process until you win.
that might be worse than the pokemon department store lotteries that check for trainer numbers for a match...I mean, if you were like me and had no friends that played pokemon as a kid...
Lucky doesn't like it when you tamper with the timer. Lucky goes crazy if you do. garoRNG Fortunately, you can always be sneaky like the Snoot garoBad 🤗💗👌🏽🐉
Question, does the old lottery method actually still apply in the remake? Because a few days after release on the 27th I won 4th and 3rd prize at the same time on 2 different files and both were at the beginning of chapter 2
I really don’t understand why they decided to keep this system for the lottery The only reason I could see is that they wanted people to cheat But if they didn’t want people to cheat then just an actual chance to win would have been better
