Paphos: The best City in Cyprus? 

Hey Rico, I love your videos. I'm in America, my family came here from Germany and Poland in the late 1800's. My husband and I want to retire somewhere in the Mediterranean, I think paphos is my dream destination. I always wanted to work with sea turtles, I can't believe they nest there. I wish I could move there tomorrow. Keep making Cyprus videos please, they make me so happy.

Memories, what memories, I lived there for 7 years My now wife was an OFW there for 11 years, we are looking forward to return to Cyprus in September this year from the Philippines, we fill that Cyprus has just as much to offer if not more, like for like.

Hi! I was in Chloraka during the autumn working remotely. It was a great time running at the morning through the coast. And those amazing sunsets at the evenings! Rico, please give me a few tips for weekend in Cyprus with an 8 years old kid. We are commimg in first half of December and staying in Paphos. We have two whole days (and 2 half days but I dont count that). We have some kind of plan...first day we go to Aiya Napa (stoping on the way to see Aphrodites Rock, cats in st. Nicolas Monastery, Bedrock restorant, Camel park...) and second day we go on the other side (Archeological park, shipwrecks, maybe zoo but thats a big maybe and we dont know where to eat on that side). We dont want too busy of a day but we would like to see some of the best tings there (especialy somethings that are interesting for a kid) cause we domt know if we could come back again and when. Do you have anything more to sugest seeing? Thank you very much.

I lived in Paphos 2 years. Then moved to Limassol, is more expensive , but you live with young people and lot of business minded persons , in Paphos was feeling that i am +30 years old pension ready to retired 😃 Also as i know Chloraka is fool of emigrants, and government don’t know what to do with them, so the live there like homealones I will prefer Pegeya to be honest . Thank you for great vids👍

I have been in paphos for one day, and I had to escape because of dirty and bad sanitary conditions; I moved to Ayia Napa and here it’s paradise!

I have to disagree. Paphos is overpriced, overrated and geared up for the tourist industry. I your job permits it then Platres is much nicer, cheaper and cooler in the summer..
