After our week in Manila, it's time to hit the beautiful beaches The Philippines are known for! ❤️🏖 For those that have been to Panglao, Bohol, what is your favorite beach? Also, what is your favorite beach in all of the Philippines? 🤔🇵🇭
Many white sand beaches in Bohol in panglao best White sand beaches doljo beach panglao bolod beach panglao libaong beach panglao momo Beach panglao also alona beach and anda Bohol beautiful white sand beaches
Nice, another great video edition nice and long, the way I like it. Great family, good adventure. you have thousand more islands to see or explore. lol .... good luck and have fun and stay safe.
Thank you so much for the kind words! There is so much to see in the Philippines that we could never see everything we want to in our one month trip, so we already plan to come back for another trip next year! ❤️☺️🇵🇭
Have an enjoyable vacation in my country, keep safe❤my favourite beach of course is boracay,45 minutes drive to where I live, before going to Canada.Never missed everytime I got my vacation in the Phil. But Palawan, siargao, and some other island have an incredible views and stunning beaches too….u must have to visit.
Fil-Am, California: Those kids weren't talking bad words. They were speaking Bisaya, "Gihigugma kita" means, I love you. "Gimingaw na kita" means, I miss you. Lami kaayo - Taste so good.
Thank you so much! They were very sweet kids, but they were laughing, so we weren't sure if they we playing games with us! Nice to know they were genuinely helping us learn their language! ❤☺️🇵🇭 We have their contact info so now I'm excited to show them they are in our video!☺️
I will go to that Oceania resort beach for sure. Those black things are called worm fish. The language they taught you are all good language real meanings guyz 😊. Those are very cheap prices for the drinks and all. Imagine if you were in U. S. it will cost you arm and a leg for sure. Have fun guys 😊😊
That resort was very nice and good prices compared to what we would pay in the USA. The locals were very nice and the kids were so fun, we thought maybe since they were laughing they might be joking with us but now we know they were teaching us correct translations! ❤️☺️
so excited for you to see more of the islands in the philippines. believe it or not, but bohol’s beach isnt even the best in the country yet! even tho its already pretty good. cant wait for you guys to get to the really amazing beaches.
It is a great value to visit Paradise in The Philippines. We went to Hawaii and it was nice but way too expensive! We enjoyed the Philippines way more!❤️🇵🇭
The reality is we are the ones that say he eats too much chocolate, but Connor can't get enough! As you can tell, Dad eats too much chocolate as well! 😂🍫😋
The first translation: Gin higugma ta ka. (I loved you). The second one was Gin mingaw naku nimo ( I missed you). It's bisaya dialect. I speak the Ilonggo dialect and it's kinda similar. And no, they're not "bad words." Those boys were good enough to not curse.😉
So great to know they were genuine! I guess they were just laughing because they were having a good time! ❤️☺️ Thank you so much for the translation! We want to try and learn some words in different dialects everywhere we go!
Yup, pretty much! They were laughing because they spoke in English to foreigners. You know, most Filipinos are shy. You are always welcome. If you come here in Capiz and Iloilo, in Panay island, just south of bohol, I love you would be, "palangga ta ka" and I miss you would be, "nahidlaw ako sa imo." Ugh! So many dialects in the Philippines! But our national language is Tagalog.😁
By the way, Boracay island is in Panay island. It's a little over 2 hours away from here (Capiz). There are four provinces in Panay island. Namely, Iloilo, Capiz, Antique and Aklan. Boracay is an island in the province of Aklan. I am sure you guys are going to visit this world famous island soon.
@Scamander1417 We plan to go to Cebu, Boracay and Palawan in March 2025! So much to see we couldn't go everywhere we wanted to in one trip so we're already planning to go back! ❤😊🇵🇭
Thank you for staying us....in dreamcatcher resort hope you like our service and thank you for being a nice with us Williams family....Take care always and enjoy your travael around the world
BTW the pearl bracelet your wife bought comes from Zamboanga City ..South Sea pearls the best! they are valued and comes in different colors black, pink, grey, white etc. If you still have time visit Asia's latin city Zamboanga City- here chavacono is spoken very much like Spanish. Fantastic pink beach in Sta. Cruz, Once isla beach.etc. come visit😊 continue to enjoy the Philippines with your kids.
She loves that Braclet! We read about the largest pearl in the world that was found in the Philippines, so cool! We would love to see the places you suggested! We will try and put it on our list for next year. This was our first trip to the Philippines, and now that we know we like it, we plan to keep coming back and explore for 1 month every year! ❤️☺️🇵🇭
@@DianaTuTu29 I know you can eat most of them but I'm not sure about the clear ones. Sea Cucumbers supposed to have a lot of nutrients. I have one in my reef aquarium. They help filter and sift the sand.
Beaches becomes busy on peak seasons, Summer (or rather the right term is Dry Season), Philippine Holidays, sunset hours. Everybody comes out during sunset.
I only recently found this familys videos and I also started to watch, not thinking I'd like but they give such greaat information and they are so nice and charming. I also think they are giving an increadable education on culture etc to their children as well as amazing memories. I wish them all the best from Canada
I’d say go to this place and that place but I know you don’t have time or even want to go to. So I just hope you got your money’s worth during your stay
That resort is for scuba diving, not for leisure. Like Batangas Beach. Since you are in Bohol, the place to visit there is the chocolate hills and the Tarsiers. It's important to do your research. If you visited the Tarsiers you could have a different experience
Thank you so much for the info 😊We did visit the cute Tarsiers on a different day. Click below to watch our video of us visiting the sanctuary:: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-NciOa5Zm0Yc.htmlsi=XUgyvXFHWFd0xI8s
@@WorldFamilyExplorers I would like that. Also there is a video called... Waking Up in The Philippines 🇵🇭 hope you tou would watch that 17 minutes video will help you uncover hidden Gems
Thank you. we would love to watch the video you suggested and learn more about the Philippines hidden gems! We are also planning another trip to come back next year. We also planned to see the Chocolate Hills and rented a car but got caught in a bad thunderstorm on the way, so we had to return earlier. We definitely have fallen in love with the Philippines and its friendly people, which makes us want to continue to explore more! 😊❤️🇵🇭
@WorldFamilyExplorers I'm a new subscriber, and yes I'm looking forward to watching your adventures. I'm myself currently touring Europe, but nothing compares to the Las Islas Filipinas 🇵🇭 7,641 Islands 🏝
@Project_Atlas7 Awesome! Enjoy Europe! I was born in Bulgaria ( Elly/ Mom) and we went this year to Bulgaria, Italy, Portugal, Spain, and Greece and loved it but a lot more expensive to Explore than the Philippines. You can see in our earlier videos of Europe on our Channel. What is your favorite European country you've been?
It was a good call to actually enter Dumaluan Beach via South Palms/Oceanica. 100 pesos each entrance is quite hefty. They should at least make it consumable.
dumaluan beach is the best in Panglao. It's beside the Palm Beach so same waters ..but the facilities here are better .. Finally good choice.. just always ask the locals
You got to try waterfalls in bohol and cebu. They are free, you can swim on it. And just pay a local guide 500-1000 php to help with the treking and kids.
We went to 2 different waterfalls in Bohol, Pagas Falls, and Camugao Falls and the kids loved them! They liked our waterfall swimming days better than our beach days, actually! We are catching up on video editing and will have some videos on our channel of the waterfalls next week! ❤️☺️
Asia is great, with modern big cities like Tokyo, Seoul, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Taipei, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Manila, Jakarta, and beautiful islands and beaches like Phuket, Pattaya, Bali, Boracay, and Cebu. Da nang , Better than Europe !
We agree! We love seeing the beautiful historic architecture in Europe but it's more expensive and the kids find Asia more fun! So far, out of your list, we have been to Manila, Tokyo, Kuala Lumpur, and Danang out of that list so far and loved them all! ❤️☺️ We plan to come back to the Philippines in Spring to go to Cebu, Boracay and Palawan since we liked this trip so much!
Thank you for clarification.😊 We thought the ones that have side carts are called Tricycles, and the kind you sit behide the driver is a Tuk Tuk but I guess they only call them Tuk Tuk in Thailand where we were before so we said it wrong in the Tai language. Take care!❤
@@WorldFamilyExplorers there are only 2 widely known local public transport vehicles here excluding railway systems or metered/hired vehicles like taxi and grab. It's the tricycles and the jeeps. No matter the form whether it's the old version or the newer modern ones (ebikes) it's generally called a tricycle. The jeep also has the same thing going on. Whether it be the old one without air-conditioning or the newer one with air-conditioning, it's still a jeep. Honourable mention to the third PTV which is the motor or motorcycle or habal-habal (it's utilized more in mountainous areas where cars or medium-large, even quad bike) size vehicles can't access.
Awesome! You have a beautiful birth place to be proud of! ❤️ The local Boys were very nice. We just thought because they were laughing, they might be playing jokes on us but they weren't. Everyone we have met have been so kind and welcoming!🥰🇵🇭
Try Amanpulo, yes it’s pricey but you guys can afford it. And you’re from Vegas so you know how expensive a night at a luxury hotel is. But you’ll be surprised how cheap it is compared to some of the $2000 a night hotels in Vegas is
Yes, Las Vegas has become very expensive, especially now, so anywhere in Asia, we have stayed so much more reasonable for similar accommodations. Amanpulo looks amazing and yes pricey but maybe we would do a short stay just to get the experience. We were going for a more local experience this trip, but we are returning to the Philippines in Spring for a little more luxury experience. Palawan was already in our plans for next trip along with Boracay! We also want to do the House boat experience! So much to do I think we will be returning to the Philippines many more times! ❤️☺️🇵🇭
@@WorldFamilyExplorers and try the north too, experience the mountains and the real culture. Cordillera has never been conquered by the Spanish, not for lack of trying. They tried but the tribes got together and drove them out. That’s why the culture there is alive and thriving.
THAT WAS A SEA CUCUMBER !!! AND THOSE KIDS , THEY ARE NOT TRANSLATING BAD WORDS AND IT THE CORRECT WORDS BUT ONLY IN CEBU DIALECT "CEBUANO " BECAUSE BOHOL IS PART OF CEBU .
Thank you for identifying that slug looking thing. The kids were very sweet. They were laughing after the translations, so we were unsure if they were playing tricks, but after everyone heard the translations, they only had good intentions, which is great. All the locals have been very friendly! ❤️☺️🇵🇭
Siargao is definitely on the top of our list for our trip back next year! There was so much we wanted to see that we already are planning to come back next year! ❤️☺️🇵🇭
Wonderful beaches ❤..the bracelet is very beautiful but next time learn how to look around first maybe you can find some cheaper price or for example ask a local pretending she is going to buy that bracelet so you will know the real price...learn also how to bargain...oh 1000 pesos that is expensive..if its a silver i would buy it but that bracelet, not the right price for me
We have to cut some things out in editing, call it movie magic 😅 the price was higher (1800) we walked away at one point and he came down. It was about 10 minutes thing, so we only included a short bit in the video. We also wanted to help him out because he had a young child with him so we considered it a donation with a souvenir bonus. Thank you for the tips though ❤️😊
Tuk tuk is in Thailand, but in the Philippines they call it tricycle but essentially it's kind of the same shit slight differences in appearance and name
Thank you for the info☺️, we were in Thailand before the Phillipines and called it the wrong name. We also got rides on the side cart type Tricycles and Jeepneys in Metro Manila which our kids thought were fun!
We are no longer there, we were there last month and we're just finishing editing our past videos and catching up. It was still vert hot while we were there but Swimming pools in Manila, oceans on the other islands and Air Conditioning made it fine! We were in South East Asia for 6 months so we got used to it. We're from Las Vegas so we're used to the dry desert heat so it took some getting used to the humidity at first!
1 milkshake , 1 virgin Pina colada, 1 alcholic Pina Colada only for 11.22 so like 15 dollars canadian . I remember getting a glass of coke at a bar for 7-8 dollars CDN
The prices we would pay for drinks in the USA on California beaches is crazy high! 😮Once you pay for the plane tickets to get to the Philippines, it's a great value for us. The local places away from the beach is where we found the really good deals! ❤😊
@5100yes definitely a great place to retire! I'm retired from the military, but I can't afford to retire in the USA, but I can in the Philippines!☺️❤️🇵🇭
We know now that we made that mistake, thank you☺️ We were in Thailand before this. We tried pretty much every mode of transportation in the Philippines now, and the kids love it! They like the Tricycles with the passengers on the side the best and also the Jeepneys! ☺️❤️
Yes, we agree the bracelet was too much and we know it wasn't real pearls, but the man had a small child with him, and we wanted to help him out! It's still beautiful even if it wasn't real..☺️❤️
We knew it probably wasn't real for that price. If it was real, I'm sure it would have been even more. It still looks nice, and I'm glad we were able to make his day.❤️☺️
