Yep, I finally gave it a shot and it's better than I thought. Do note that I have max Logic Research buffs.
My current build:
M4 Nita, T2 Tiny Grains and using my 5* Haru's Thebes Logistics for skill buff and for this use I prefer Atk and Alignment for the last hit of the skill.
M2 Acacia Kaguya, T5 Igniter (I forgot to switch weapon so M2 is basically useless), Amarna Squad Skill haste, S-Energy.
M0 Enya Exuvia, T5 Tribute of Rose, The Free Areca which has Atk and Alignment.
