I was in a 3 decade marriage of abuse, 12 of those years were the worst depression I had ever experience. I could not cope, and suicide thoughts consumed me daily. I did not see a doctor or anyone who was Godly. I prayed as much as I cried. One day, I do not how I did it but I just got up from my bed with the clothes I had on, got in my car and drove away from him. I drove to my son's family and asked if I could live with them until I could get my life back. They embraced me. I lived with them for a year. I got my own apartment and have been committed to allow God to heal the trauma I experienced.

Finally qualified to be in a relationship for the first time in my life, but can't find a woman who can meet me in the silence between the words. It's difficult to find the right person who you could say, understands you. It's difficult to relate to people these days. We're all on our own journey of wisdom and understanding. I'm 61 and have had a very rough life and learned hard lessons, over came addictions and the places that takes you. Once you rise from that you have a different perspective than say someone who had led a sheltered protected life. I find myself in a relationship that's exactly like that. I'm in a completely different vibration seeing the world through pure gratitude minute by minute, to one who has it all and is unhappy. Water seeks it's own level, you'll find yours when the time is right.

this is what ive experienced during my ego collapse. i was just seeing and sensing. my separate usual self was gone. i sort of merge into my surrounding and feeling other peoples thoughts. i feel trauma though because people and family around me are hostile than accepting and welcoming. theyre too busy and noisy in their heads rather than feeling appreciation and calm. and no matter what i do trying to activate my defensive, aggressive self to feel in control of life, i couldnt activate it. theres no energy. im feeling more of a ball of energy now rather than being solid.

Thank you so VERY much for sharing your story. It has impacted me deeply and helped snap me out of what feels like the deepest peaceful depression, just staying in bed, sleeping over and over. I have lived in a camper for two years, stationary on land I own in a deep woods. My children are grown and all doing fine, my grandchildren are on a good path. I have been blessed, except for my childhood which left me with abandonment issues. I did not pass the trauma on, but I had to stay out of relationships after my divorce from an addict. So many similarities in our stories but I needed something to snap me out of the place I had fallen down in. My aloneness has allowed me to think my own thoughts and focus on my growth. I wish I had a friend like you to talk to. Thank you for sharing your story. I will listen to it over and over. 💛

What a beautiful interview I got so much from that, thank you. I recently had quite a spiritual journey. It was not by my own doing, the universe made all the choices, and I just had to go along for the ride and let me tell you it was the hardest thing I’ve ever been through. After I literally lost everything, my entire life, and including my freedom, I went through the darkest night of the soul, but I got through it and I was rewarded with the most beautiful kundalini awakening after that. Everything that was taken from me I got back, I’m still working on my health and hopefully now I’ve got the right people to help me figure out what’s wrong with my stomach. I related so much to this young woman my childhood was very similar, the biggest part was the panic attacks that started when I was 21 stopped when I hit menopause, but recently started to want to creep in my brain with the feeling of fear. Life is not easy, it’s earth school no doubt, and I can’t wait until we get through living in this duality. ❤❤

I'm so glad you shared this. I had an experience that gave me the same awareness ... that everything is going to be okay, and is okay already. That there is nothing to fear. That we are not alone. The only challenge is ... my experience happened when I was 19 years old, which was almost 30 years ago. And a lot of life has happened between then and now ... and I know I've forgotten a lot, and have re-absorbed earthly / body fears again.

I'm 34 and I have a memory from when I was 2. I was looking through this sort of window and there was this white room where there was like greek style collems and a light white haze in it. I remember this guy that walked past the window or portal I was looking through and he had like a white bath robe thing on. And as he was walking through my view, he turned his he'd and I think we locked eyes. And that was it. If that was a dream, I got nothing. Strange how I still can remember it like I do. Don't think I died that day but knowing my life it wouldn't surprise me if I was told I did

When I go through depression, I tell myself “This too will Pass” because when you,are in it, it seems to go on and can take you down to a very dark Place, but if you know that it will end, you know it will not last forever. If in the past if you went through some hard times, such as grief or trauma, recall the strength you have from surviving those experiences and draw on that. I am highly sensitive as well. I have one thing to say about relationships, I have had to learn from experience, but you can not fix your partner, because if their is abuse, you will think maybe if I just love them more, if I just do as he says, because the wounded child of your partner is not your job to fix, or feel sorry for them, it is their job to do the work on themselves, just as it is for you, it’s an inside job. There are days that might be okay, but once a person hurts you mentally or physically, it will show up again (abuse). Know you deserve so much better. I am 60 yrs old, so have experience. 😉

@@Talesofresilience Wow that’s a great question So many things is difficult to put into words without getting personal But, I was shown what people call demons and how much of a joke that is, not real at all but only a state of mind coming from fear I was told that religion is of man and not of God but there’s nothing wrong with it if you decide to become a religious person, no matter what religion I was shown what thoughts are and where they come from and why they are there and that you don’t need them to live your life but they’re useful to receive a full human experience But most of all I think the most important thing is Fear, There’s Love (God) and the opposite is Fear and fear control of aspects of the human experience by creating the illusion of reality, fear will give us problems to solve like hatefulness and emotions and feelings and depression and resentment and anxiety and anger and all that mess, so by letting go of fear all is well all the time about everything no matter what comes, and the peace and love and joy of our creator will be the only thing left after letting fear go So for me the most important thing that I receive was when fear was erased from me and all became clear and without judgment whatsoever because now I can see what drives people into their own hell

Thank you for this video. Closed captions are an option for those who want it. For some people, the forced captions are distracting. Kinda like trying to enjoy a movie on TV while my 20 something children insist on CC and NOT due to a hearing impairment. It's too much stimulation for me.

Often what works for me is just not looking at all, once you know what the people look like it’s not necessary to keep looking at them. I just put my device down and lean back and listen. Hope that helps.

She just described Jesus exactly as I saw him when I was young I will. I also went through bed wetting times of seeing things, and Jesus healed me of that when I saw him and funny enough no one ever had to tell me that Jesus was dark haired, dark eyed, dark skinned I knew it because I saw him. I never had a near death experience, but I was born with the memory of getting ready to be brought into the world and born into our meat suits as I call the body. I did not want to come here either. Lol.

You said you did not want to be born into this world and you knew this prior to arriving. Do you know why then you eventually did come here? Were you required to because of a past life event? Or is it possible you really did want to enter this world but you simply were somewhat afraid of the unknown, and so you're remembering the feeling as "not wanting to"?

Replace things with something more valuable: replace fake friends with family members that really care for you. The idea of not knowing yourself, not be honest with yourself, afraid of being alone with yourself. Loving and worshipping yourself ( that's the other extreme). All that is wrong choices. We need a relationship with God, and by so doing he helps us to find ourselves.

It is strange i have profound overexcitabilities and i never saw any spirit EVER. I had kundalini awakening it was super dark, like ULTRA dark 8 years ago still struggling with that. I had also divine mania i saw suffering of whole world, but that is even more confusing i don't even know what i saw at this point, was it real or am i just crazy... There is so much nothing makes sense and adds up about spirituality - i am completely nihilistic at this point. We don't have even free will...

We definitely have free will. And a few times in meditation "awakening" is not a serious spiritual practice / journey. I was doing advanced transcendental meditation by 19 and then expert by 20 (LOL - I only thought astral travel and reading minds was expert). So it was many years before getting to expert level 10. I could have saved myself a decade or so if I had just taken seriously Matthew 7-7 to 7-12.

worry is natural. you love them and care about them but they are adult and you cannot control them. understand that the only thing on this planet you have control over is you... your reactions to things. your choices. have you just talked to your kids, without badgering, belittling, dramatics, scorn or judgement and just said i love you, im here for you and i want you to be happy and healthy. i wish you would not harm your health through drugs and alcohol but it is ultimately your life and i accept that. just know i love you. then set ground rules. if they visit there will be no drugs or alcohol in your home. if you visit them at their home, it is their home. their rules.ok? you are 60. you have lived your life. let them live theirs even if they choose to make bad choices. your job is done.

Because it changes absolutely everything. The matrix is broken, the moment it cracks, you cannot unsee or dismiss the experience. It’s a life altering experience. After both of mine I left my marriage and after the second one I left my long term relationship and I started cutting other people out too. I came back a different person and I couldn’t relate to anyone around me, I still have this issue. My goals and values changed and all of these big questions got answered during my NDEs.

@Freya5205 Wow, thanks for your enlightening response. I understand intuitively how difficult this must be. I’m confident that an NdE is a gift bestowed on a need to experience basis as this level of earth-shattering shift is not sustainable for most. Also, the experience seems to drive many towards suicide (at least in the interim period right after the experience). To hold perfect bliss in your being and then return to this life requires the utmost strength so I’m glad that so many experiencers are imbued with such purpose.

Yeah, death is no longer scary. I went to a similar place as she did in darkness, I call it the womb of God, for a lack of a better way to describe it. I met a light being, I was given instructions that I needed to carry it. The first one, was how to leave an abusive marriage/cult with two babies. The second time was more life altering and the second my life course took a major shift. I stopped eating meat immediately afterwards. Extra sensory gifts showed up after that, I was told I have to go back for my youngest son, that he was going to need me, which turned out to be accurate. He went through some major things shortly after this. I remember being disappointed to drop back into my body. I wanted to go home and stay where I was. Once the illusion of the life we is shattered. It’s really hard to participate when you come back. People will try to tell me it didn’t happen and all these other projections. Well, I remember and can tell in detail what they were doing to save my life, bc I was watching from the top of room until they took me for the CT scan then I left and woke up in ICU 2 days later. You want to tell everyone what happened, but as soon as you do, you start to get the looks and the skepticism. People in healthcare especially should be more aware that strange things happen when a soul gets to go back and forth between the veil and remember what happened. We are suppose to forget when we pass through the veil again. I began seeing auras on everything and everyone once I woke up from the second one. No medicine has ever made it stop. It’s just daily life now.

Jesus Christ our Lord loves you, He’s the only one that can heal you, no ceremonies to spirits no meditation to reach your higher power, only the one who created us can fix us, Jesus is the life the way and the truth! Those dark spirits that you saw during those ceremonies when you stepped in the spiritual world, those we demons and they are real! Jesus is trying to reach you because you are his daughter, that’s why you also saw JESUS like you said , a lot of people need to wake up.

New age self help can actually be dangerous, some people do not recover from trauma - the rate of su-i side among people with an nde is higher than average. But many people suffer from severe depression for a number of reasons and in many cases getting help from God is required. There's many testimonies of people who tried everything (including the plant medicines mentioned in the video) and were at their last straw of life when they decided to seek God and only that worked for them to help them recover.
