TLC is completely old school started their career in 1991. By the way Unpretty was originally a poem written by T-Boz one of the members of the group and they turned it into a song and another number one hit

My 10yo daughter bought this when it was new. I was shocked and spread it around to young girls everywhere (still do today). Such an important message!
