Here are the links and info to the places we went to in the video.
📍Galeries Lafayette Haussmann: maps.app.goo.gl/KYos8AhX2YyYU...
☝ A few tips about Galeries Lafayette:
- The roof top is a great spot to enjoy the view of Paris. Unfortunately it was closed when we were there due to the rainy weather.
- I personally wouldn't recommend the food court in Galeries Lafayette. It's like the Ikea food court, where you grab the foods, pay for them, and find a table to eat. It was super crowded around lunch time and the food was...well, just food 👎. We would have gone to restaurants outside if it wasn't rainy and chilly outside. :(
- You can get Tax refund at the bottom floor if you shop €100 Euro or more. Remember to bring your passport and save the receipt!
📍Arc de Triomphe: maps.app.goo.gl/vuPsTkARN2n9V...
When we took Uber to Arc de Triomphe, we asked the driver to drop off at Champs-Élysées (Arc de Triomphe is at the center of 12 streets so stopping at Champs-Élysées will save you some walks). You could purchase ticket to go to the top of the Arc de Triomphe.
📍86Champs - L'Occitane x Pierre Hermé (pastry dessert cafe) maps.app.goo.gl/Egg5BFNjuYTNG...
At first I searched "Pierre Hermé" on Google Map and after walking forever, we found out that it's just a small macaron booth inside a grocery store near Arc de Triomphe. The sales person pointed us to the actual location, which was another 15-min walk away 😩 It was hard to spot it because it's a shared store with L'Occitane.
The seats are limited so the line could get long. But it's definitely worth the wait!
There is no bathroom in the cafe. The closest one is in the Mc'Donalds basement across the store and the line is also pretty long.
📍Chez Germaine: maps.app.goo.gl/5H6LVRCKoqvmr...
It's a small restaurant (about 8-10 small tables) that fills up quickly. People already lined up there before they open at 6pm. The Parisians usually have dinner around 7pm, so either make reservations online ahead or go around 6pm if you don't want to wait for tables. :)
I hope that these info are helpful. Thanks so much for watching and stay tuned for the vlog on our last day in Paris.

Hi, I have added a bunch of info and tips about each of the places mentioned in the description. ☝ It took us forever to find "Pierre Herme" on Google Map because the cafe name is actually "86Champs - L'Occitane x Pierre Hermé " not "Pierre Herme" 😰 And it's on Champs Elysses. If you search for "Pierre Herme" on Google, it will point you to a small macaron booth inside a grocery store which has no seats/tables. That said, we really enjoyed the dessert and the vibe in 86Champs - L'Occitane x Pierre Hermé. 😋 Please see the description section for more info. Hopefully they are helpful to you. Thanks again for watching! 😁
