Parker Dam State Park - Penfield, PA. Enjoy a look at this beautiful little state park which features a small lake, a spillway/dam as well as some great fishing, hiking, picnicking, you name it! Not too far from Clearfield, PA right off of I-80.

I love the State Park videos and all the details about each park. Thank you for driving through the campgrounds and cabin areas, it's hard to find pictures of how far the bathrooms are from the cabin or the size of the cabin. We stay in the spring or fall for a weekend (summer you have to rent the whole week for a cabin or yurt) at different locations. The modern cabins (with a bathroom and kitchen) I highly recommend!

A good area of Barrie, Ontario was destroyed on May 31, 1985 as well. I remember that and seeing destroyed areas when driving through Barrie.

A “fun” little fact about the 1985 Tornado Outbreak: there was one F5 tornado during that outbreak, and it destroyed the small town of Wheatland, which is in Mercer County. It was the only F5 to ever occur in Pennsylvania. Anyway, what a super nice park! 😊
