We tested out the Parkit360 for our unusual back yard configuration. See how well or how bad it did in the yard! Check out my other channels also: Riding with Ron / ridingwithron Kiilmoth / kiilmoth
Thanks for the video. Agree with Robert S, to park it on boards to spread the load. Also if you get stuck like that again maybe grab a 4’ x 4’ sheet of plywood and put it under the Parkit to get it out of the rut more cleanly.
I am not proficient at backing up trailers and my RV sales manager said my storage unit is too snug, and he accidentally hit the wall when he was backing my new camper into my storage unit. I thought this would be the perfect answer to backing my 21 foot camper into my storage unit. I have 2 feet on each side. You made this look super simple. My question is if I wanted to transport this with me under my Tonnele cover of my truck would it be easy enough to take the handle off and put it back on for transporting and running it up and down a ramp for easy storage. I am a solo traveler, and weigh less than the 5000 pound unit itself. But I thought this might be my answer to safely parking my camper if I could use this as a portable unit. My camper is 4000 pounds fully loaded.
Same thing my ZTR does when the ground soft. Those are called turf tires, we need a aggressive tread or tractor type tires. Im looking for one of these motorized trailer movers myself for a 18’ bass boat in the back yard. I was wondering if these units would pull in a yard. Can you change the tires out to tractor tires?
Actually since I now have the ParkIt360 the trailer gets moved every week or two so the grass and the camper are happier! No more ruts and grass is happy!
Hi I am trying to pull my 10' dingy boat with the trailer (est. 400 lbs together) across about 20' of beach sand. Do you think this product would do the trick? Similar to your jet ski over in the corner, but much lighter. I'm just not sure about beach sand... Part of the sand is a very slight grade upward. Right now it takes 3 guys to do it by hand and it's tough on my aging body haha. Someone recommended this product and your video is the most helpful I could find for a different ground. Thanks so much for any input you might have!!
Good review Mate, 👍 I recommend you back camper tires on to a pressure treated 2×10 with a stop block screwed onto the end. Then your tires won't sink into the soil. Of course, ha-ha, remove wheel blocks 1st 😀 . I bet if it were on solid ground, the 360 would have gone over the wheel blocks ! Cheers, Eric
Did you not watch the video till the end, we love this machine and the more we use it the better we get at it! Thanks for at least looking at the thumbnail and commenting.
Not a fair representation. 1st a Truck has far more power than this electric dolly. 2nd this parkit tool is meant to move the trailer - NOT DISLODGE it after it has sunk into the dirt
If you find the trailer sinking in the ground and it's hard to start the pole why don't you block the tires up a little bit driving on through to buy 10 or something like that or 22 by tens not the way you'll start easier when you start the pool with your little buggy
The chocks are needed you can’t really tell in the videos but I thought the same thing but first time in hooking my truck it took off and slid about 3 feet so I always use them now. Plus it is a great practice to automatically do it so you don’t forget when you really need them.
Thanks for demonstrating this machine. I’m looking at getting one. I am concerned about your health my friend you’re breathing heavily and you’re not doing that much work. I’m sorry if I sound mean but that’s not my intent. I do care
