Voir, revoir, regarder avec attention chaque mouvement. On apprend beaucoup, et c'est pas toutes les vidéos qui font ressentir autant que celle ci la sensation de vitesse, de rythme rapide, au point d'avoir une infime quantité d'adrénaline si on est bien dedans =)
Commences par sortir, explorer ta ville, trouver de bons petits coins, balader.. Passes de petits obstacles, grimpes, déplaces toi comme tu le sens, à ton rythme et vois comment tu peux gérer ton entraînement, organiser tes exercices ou bouger tranquillement en fonction de ton inspiration.. relax :-)
Yeah, backflips are just cool... Not like you should just completely avoid flips and tricks, they're really fun, but it's not what you should be really worried about.
Anthony Dennis is in my top 3 parkour list, which includes phillip doyle and danny ilabaca But from a cinematographic point of view, this video has too many repeat shots
Dommage que l'ensemble soit lent, pas fluide, et mal exécuté; et aussi que les mouvements soient mal filmés, le montage mal fait, et la musique mal choisie. Sinon, la baguette de pain a l'air bonne.
