Glad you enjoy our videos. The perception of Parmelia is starting to change - this is now showing in the rising prices.

That's correct. There is a shortage of tradesmen and unfortunately some builders are still lying about how long it takes to build a house. There is no such thing as a fixed contract so when you sign a contract you're basically giving the builder a blank cheque as they will continue to hit you with price increases every couple of months. We've heard some builders have increased the price of the house by over $100K by the time the house has finished. Some builders are also going bankrupt leaving people with a mortgage and no house.

@@vloggersontheloose ohh man I know that very well.I am doing this in uk for 20 years now all like each other here as well .in uk there is no black or Land you should buy old house or flat in auction and then start to do renovations. all builders jumping from your project to other and exactly like there waste 1000s£the money and time .take care man keep watching you gays all the time .👏

Unfortunately there is no such thing as honour anymore - even if you've signed a contract and paid all the fees you still get screwed over. Glad you enjoy our videos 🙂

There does seem to be a lot of different industries surrounding Parmelia - especially ones were you can see a lot of smoke.

Unfortunately they only seem to be on the main streets. It frustrates us as well as we walk around.
