An easy polenta recipe using instant polenta and wild mushrooms. You can also use dried mushrooms, just soak them in stock or red wine first and mix them with fresh mushrooms. In the video I used a combination of button mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms and Shimeji mushrooms. Use the mushrooms you like, preferably the ones in season. You can make this under 30 minutes, even 20 if you're organised. Enjoy polenta with wild braised mushrooms today.

This is genuinely one of the easiest and most amazing recipes on youtube. Not to mention the gorgeous video and sound. If you add more stock, wine and mushrooms or even cherry tomatoes to the sauce you can simmer for longer, then keep adjusting butter and salt to get absolutely amazing results

How can I miss this Great video and this gorgeous recipe?!! I was looking for a mushrooms recipe and after a long search, I was almost going crazy between creamy chicken mushroom, Mushroom Biryani Stuffed mushroom Mushroom soup Pasta with mushroom Mushroom risotto .... and finally this is exactly what I want, it's the best from the six recipes I've seen now, Just nothing but delicious mushrooms with amazing polenta.
