Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower
One head cauliflower, broken into bite sized pieces
3-4 Tablespoons olive oil
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt (we prefer Lowry’s Seasoning Salt)
1/3 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 425°. 
Break cauliflower into florettes (or bite-size chunks). Place in a large bowl (or a I gallon sized Ziploc bag). Drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower and stir or toss to coat.
In a separate bowl, stir together the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and cheese. Sprinkle over the cauliflower and toss again to coat.
Place the cauliflower in a single layer on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Sprinkle over the cauliflower crumb mixture whatever mixture is left in the bottom of the bag or bowl.
Bake for 30 minutes or until just fork tender. Broil three to four minutes if you want the cauliflower to have some color on top. Serve hot.
